Program Terms

1. Eligibility
Any AlphaGen Codes account holder can join by providing a valid PayPal email and country, and accepting these terms. You may have only one affiliate account per person. Duplicate affiliate accounts will result in termination of all related accounts.
2. Commission Structure
- •You earn 25% recurring commission on the subscription payments of customers you refer.
- •Commission is paid for up to 12 months per referred customer, starting from their first payment date.
- •Commission is calculated on the actual amount the customer pays (excluding taxes, fees, and refunded amounts).
- •Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you're credited.
- •Self-referrals are strictly prohibited — you cannot earn commission on your own subscription or any account you control.
3. Payouts & Payments
- •Payouts are sent via PayPal to the email address on your affiliate profile.
- •Your unpaid balance becomes payable once it reaches the $50 minimum threshold.
- •Eligible balances are paid out on the 1st of each month. If the balance reaches $50 mid-month, it will be paid on the next 1st.
- •You are responsible for any taxes on your commission earnings. We may report earnings to relevant tax authorities as required by law.
- •PayPal processing fees are the responsibility of the affiliate. We pay the commission amount; PayPal fees reduce what you receive.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- ×Spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotional claims about AlphaGen Codes or its products.
- ×Trademark bidding or paid ads using the AlphaGen Codes brand name or misleading variations.
- ×Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent traffic generation methods.
- ×False or deceptive advertising about AlphaGen Codes' features, pricing, or terms.
- ×Promoting AlphaGen Codes in violation of applicable laws or ethical marketing standards.
- ×Claiming AlphaGen Codes endorsement, official status, or sponsorship without permission.
5. Program Suspension & Termination
- •Violations of these terms may result in withheld commissions and immediate termination from the affiliate program.
- •AlphaGen Codes reserves the right to update these terms, adjust commission rates, or end the program with 30 days' notice.
- •AlphaGen Codes may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
- •Commissions already validly earned and above the payout minimum ($50) will still be paid even if your account is terminated.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- •AlphaGen Codes is not liable for any lost, delayed, or incorrect payouts due to PayPal processing delays, failures, or disputes.
- •AlphaGen Codes is not responsible for fraud or disputes between you and PayPal regarding payout details.
- •Your earnings are not guaranteed. The amount earned depends on customer referrals and their subscription activity.
7. Data & Privacy
By joining the affiliate program, you grant AlphaGen Codes permission to store and process your payout email, country, and referral/commission data. This data is used solely for program administration and commission tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
