Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alphagen Codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and software.
2. Account Responsibility & Discord Auth
Alphagen Codes utilizes Discord for authentication and license management. Maintaining access to your Discord account is your sole responsibility.
- Losing access to your Discord account will result in the permanent termination of your access to Alphagen software.
- Licenses cannot be transferred to a new Discord account if the original is lost.
- We do not provide account recovery services for third-party Discord credentials.
Security Reminder
Never click suspicious links, "free nitro" scams, or QR codes sent by unknown users. If your Discord is compromised, your Alphagen account is gone.
3. Use License
Our software is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Modify or copy the materials.
- Use the software for any commercial purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
4. Lifetime License Definition
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the software — not the lifetime of the purchaser. A Lifetime license entitles you to continued access to the specific product you purchased for as long as that product remains viable and supported in its current form.
If the method a product relies on is detected or patched by the target game's anti-cheat and requires a fundamental rework to restore functionality, the resulting build is considered a new, separate application — not an update to the one you purchased. A Lifetime license does not guarantee access to that new application, and Alphagen Codes reserves the right to offer it as a separate purchase, at its sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer & Track Record
Since our establishment in 2019, Alphagen Codes has maintained a reliable, unbroken 7-year track record. While we take pride in that consistency, we provide our software "as is".
Using game enhancements carries an inherent risk of account suspension by game developers. Despite our track record, Alphagen Codes is not responsible for any lost accounts or hardware bans. Use at your own discretion.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our discretion in cases where the software is confirmed to be non-functional on the user's system after technical support has been exhausted.
7. Third-Party Trademarks & Compatibility
Game names, publisher names, and logos referenced on this site — including but not limited to Rust, Apex Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, Counter-Strike, World of Warcraft, and The Finals — are trademarks of their respective owners. Alphagen Codes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these publishers or developers. References to these games exist solely to describe which titles our software is compatible with.
Alphagen Codes' software operates externally: it reads player-visible information (such as an on-screen hotbar) and sends standard mouse and keyboard input. It does not read, modify, or inject code into any game's memory or files, and it does not bypass, disable, or circumvent any anti-cheat system or other technological protection measure. Users remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any game or platform they use our software with, and Alphagen Codes disclaims all liability for a user's violation of a third party's terms.
Alphagen Codes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site signifies acceptance of updated terms.
